shorter way, upon your arrival to Petra you will find the famous entrance Siq infront of you,

you will walk or ride a camel or horse to cross the Siq canyon ( about 1 Kilometer ).

built, may be it was an ancient temple for the Nabatean tribes who established Petra to be

their capital, they scaved most of it in the rock of the mountains surrounding it.your guide will show you
