Itinerary

MS Om Kolthoum Dahabeya Cruise:
8 Days/7 Nights: Luxor to Aswan

Day 1: (Sunday) - Check in the cruise & Luxor East Bank tours

Our tour Representative will wait you upon your arrival to Luxor in any meeting point, then You will then be transferred to
the docking area of Dahabeya cruise, Om Kolthoum. Complete embarkation just before lunch then enjoy your lunch
on board. meet your tour guide to start your tour to the city which contains 2/3 the Ancient Egypt monuments, it is the biggest
opened museum in the world, a guided tour to Karnak Temple which is the biggest building dedicated for worship ever built
in the history Karnak temple is a result of adding more temples in the are for more about than 2000 years and its main god was god Amon.  Next move to another temple complex known as Luxor Temple, which was dedicated to the godess Mut, who was the wife of Amon, in Ancient Egypt, it was a big feast to carry the statue of the god to visit his wife ststue in her temple, this was a sign of
fertility for all Egyptian. Return on board for dinner, night is free for optional tour to sound & light show and overnight stay in your

Day 2: (Monday) - Touring Luxor West Bank
Enjoy the beginning of the day with a hefty breakfast inside the Dahabyea Nile restaurant. Then start a guided tour to
Luxor West Bank which is famous for the vast necropolis for Egyptian pharoas,( the Valley of the Kings ), valley of kings
in Luxor was used by the pharoahs of the dynasty 18 who decided to stop buildings pyramids as tombs & to make hidden
tombs in that mountain, all the tombs of valley of kings in Luxor were stalled except one tomb belonging to the child king
Tut Ankh Amon which has been recovered. Continue your guide tour & visit other interesting sites in Luxor such as the Temple
of queen Hatshepsut,Valley of the Queens and the Colossi of Memnon. Return to the Dahabiya cruise for dinner and
overnight stay in your Dahabeya Nile Cruise.

Day 3: (Tuesday) - Esna Temple Tour
While you enjoy your breakfast, the Dahabeya Cruise will be sailing to Esna. Upon your arrival to Esna which is a small village,
you will start a guided tour to the god Khnum temple in Esna,the ancient God Khnum was represented as a ram, he was the god
of creation. After the tour return back to the cruise, lunch meal, free time ,dinner and overnight stay on board.

Day 4: (Wednesday) - Visit Edfu Temple
.Enjoy your breakfast onboard while the dahabiya is sailing to Edfu, you can also watch El Kab Tombs, while the Dahabiya cruise is sailing , arrival to Edfu, visit the temple of the falcon god Horus, symbol of protection, Edfu temple was considered as one of the best reserved Greco-Roman temples in Egypt. After the temple tour back to the cruise boat
lunch,dinner and overnight onboard.

Day 5: (Thursday) - Dahabeya Nile Cruise Experience
Enjoy your breakfast as the Dahabiya cruise will sail to Kom Ombo. Have a short visit BBQ lunch on A Nile Island (AlRamady ).
Then continue sailing to island (Meneh) Kom Ombo and View the Silesia Temple and sandstone quarries from deck. - Overnight
in the Dahabyia cruise docking at Meneh Island.

Day 6: (Friday) - Discover Kom Ombo Temple
Enjoy your breakfast, then walk few minutes to arrive Kom Ombo Temple,a guided tour to the temple which was is the only
Egyptian temple built for two gods Sobek & Horus. After the tour back to your Dahabiya cruise which will continue sailing to
Aswan. The Dahabeya boat will stop in Herdiab islans where you will enjoy a barbecue lunch. After lunch visit the Copania
Island, then continue sailing to Aswan. Enjoy dinner & stay on board

Day 7: (Saturday) - Aswan Day Tour
Enjoy your breakfast while the Dahabyea boat sails to Aswan, upon your arrival to Aswan, start a guided tour to visit Aswan
landmarks, Ancient Egypt quarries, Hatshepsut Unfinished Obelisk, Aswan High Dam, and Philae Temple, dedicated to the
goddess Isis, being rescued from the rising waters of Lake Nasser at the time of building the High Dam in Aswan.After Aswan
tour back to take Lunch in your Dahabeya ship. After your lunch, city tour to visit the Nubian museum. As you return to the cruise
ship, your dinner will be served. Your overnight stay will be on board the cruise ship.

Day 8: (Sunday) - End of Cruise
After breakfast. disembarkation from the Dahabeya cruise ship.meet Our tour representative , then a transfer to Aswan airport or train station for
your departure.
